Trenton Way

Nearly every space in this Centennial home was transformed. Our first focus was to transform the house’s palette, which integrated warm grays and purples throughout the home. We ripped out the old carpet in the front family room and rear living room and replaced both spaces’ flooring with gorgeous wood-look tile. New carpet was installed throughout the rest of the upstairs, and new life was given to the staircase. Dated brown balusters were replaced with crisp white ones in a traditional aesthetic, and all ceilings were scraped and smoothed to remove popcorn texturing.

The family room showcases a remodeled fireplace that mixes traditional white woodwork with natural beetle kill Colorado pine. The existing closet was completely redesigned to offer maximized storage as well as an open shelving solution immediately inside of the garage entrance. The house’s front living room was transformed into a cozy pool room, complete with a brand new pool table. Wood look floors and bold artwork complete the look in this space. Accent and ambient lighting was designed into all spaces to provide adequate illumination and showcase lighting. The upstairs children’s bathroom was remodeled to a more functional and elegant space, and a new backsplash was installed in the kitchen to tie everything together. There’s something to love in this house at every single turn. We love the result of this 6-month design process and couldn’t be happier with the result or our new-found friendship with these wonderful clients!
